St. Aloysius Fight Song

We're going to fight for our alma mater,
For Aloysius purple and gold.
We're going to shout it 'til the skies resound it.
We're going to back our warriors bold.

The purple Flashes are our heroes.
They are the men who never say die.
So, while the whole gang is here
Let's stand and cheer for Aloysius High!

Dear Alma Mater~

(Chorus)

Dear Alma Mater, we bid thee good-bye.
Leaving your portals brings forth a sigh.
Our hearts are yours through the long years to be;
We'll still remember thee!

Dear Alma Mater, we're thine until forsaken
Thou our inspiration 'til from this earth
we're taken.
Oh how our hearts thrill with rapture anew
When your dear outline again meets our view!

(Repeat Chorus)

Saint Xavier Dear

Saint Xavier Dear! We’ll think of thee
When classroom days have passed away;
Those happy days to us will be
A bond of love when far away.

(Chorus)

Saint Xavier Dear, Saint Xavier Dear!
Your colors rare of blue and white
Will always be as dear to me
As on this very happy night.
Your daughters, too, are always true,
O’Alma Mater fair!
A hymn of praise to you they raise;
For you their love declare

We love thy halls, Saint Xavier Dear,
The friends we made there long ago.
They come again in visions clear
To grace the scenes we used to know.

(Repeat Chorus)
