Dress: Friday night and Saturday morning events are casual-dress events. Memorial Service / Mass / Banquet require dressier. Men, coat and tie are not required, but suggested. (We do want to make a good impression). J
Memorabilia: Please bring any memorabilia that you might have. Have it organized with your name on it. We will have a table set up Friday night in Mississippi Room at hotel for display. We ask that you take it with you when you leave Friday night so that it does not get misplaced. We will have a table set up for it on Saturday at SCHF should you choose to bring it with you.
Group photo: I hope to have photographer from Vicksburg Post take a group picture of us in front of the Auditorium at 10:45 Saturday morning. Please make every effort to be there for it. I will then email each of you a copy. For those of you who do not have email, I will mail you a copy. My husband, Gary, will be taking candid photos and has offered to put on a CD for anyone who would like one.
David Ellis was kind enough to send me a CD with candid shots from 1980 and 1985 reunions. Gary has downloaded on his laptop, which he will have set up running slideshow Friday night in Mississippi Room.
Memorial Service for Deceased Classmates: This will be held in the church at St. Paul’s Saturday at 4:30. All of the readers will be from the boys’ class, since all of the readers / Eucharistic Ministers at the 5:30 Mass will be from girls’ class. Please make every effort to attend.
Updated Contact Information: Please provide me with your updated contact information: Name(s) / Mailing Address / Telephone #s / Email Address so that we can compile a current Class List with accurate information and distribute to classmates and Alumni Association.

*Mary Nell Garvin McMaster’s Garden Club has taken on the project of reclaiming / restoring Sr. Isabel’s Garden at SCHF. The shed there has an amazing story that goes back long before Sr. Isabel. Mary Nell has volunteered to give us a tour of the garden and tell us the history. She will apprise us of their long-term plans. We know that breakfast is included in your room rate, but we would like to have one last get-together with you at the Ameristar Casino Breakfast Buffet. Please consider foregoing your already-paid-for breakfast and having the breakfast buffet at the Ameristar, which would allow your Vicksburg classmates to join you for breakfast and a teary goodbye.
We look forward to seeing each of you on the 23rd.
