We, the Class of 1959, celebrated our 50th reunion on April 24 and 25, 2009. This blog is about sharing memories of our class reunions and a long-ago life at our Alma Mater, S.F.X.A. and S.A.H.S. Good memories of days gone by but not forgotten! A gift to my classmates. ~Marian Ann Love ~

The Latest On Skeeter

To All Classmates:

Myrtle talked with Katherine this morning (Friday).  Skeeter had the surgery yesterday - made it through OK, and will be in the hospital til probably Sunday.  He's in Room 405 at River Region.  He will need radiation - Dr. Humble figures 40 treatments.  Katherine says thanks for all the prayers - and please keep them up.

I sat right next to Skeeter at the Alumni Banquet last Saturday, April 21, 2012 and took this picture of him and Katherine together.  Please keep them in your prayers!

Prayers For Skeeter Turcotte

Katherine Turcotte had to take Roy "Skeeter" to see Dr. Humble yesterday afternoon and it appears he has yet another tumor in his bladder.  He was admitted today at River Region and scheduled for surgery.  He will be in the hospital at least one night depending on how he does.  Please keep the Turcotte's in your prayers and will give you updates as I receive them.  Marian
