Class of 1959

We, the Class of 1959, celebrated our 50th reunion on April 24 and 25, 2009. This blog is about sharing memories of our class reunions and a long-ago life at our Alma Mater, S.F.X.A. and S.A.H.S. Good memories of days gone by but not forgotten! A gift to my classmates. ~Marian Ann Love ~

Prayers Are Needed

Please keep Ina Lott Whittington's husband, Floyd, in your prayers.  He is critically ill and is in the VA Hospital in Jackson.

Also, my husband, Bob, started having chest pains yesterday afternoon and had to be admitted to River Region Hospital for observation.  He has a history of heart disease.

My brother, Marion E. Love, Jr., (Buster) has been in River Region West "Promise" to get extra nursing care after he was transferred from River Region Hospital about a month ago.  He is very ill and may soon be transferred to Shady Lawn Nursing Home for extended medical nursing care.

I will keep everyone updated on their conditions.  If any classmates need prayers for illnesses or whatever, feel free to email me at: mariandeerhunter@bellsouth.net and will post here on our blog.

Update on 8/4/2010:
Husband, Bob, was discharged from hospital yesterday.  A block artery but not life threatening.
My brother was transferred to Shady Lawn Nursing Home for extended nursing care on Monday, August 2nd.
Ina's husband, Floyd, is not doing well.  Please continued your prayers for him and for Ina and family.  He's in the VA Hospital in Jackson, MS.
